Banting Diet Food List The diet should be looked at in the way was as traffic lights. Food is broken down into three list: a green list, an orange list, and a red list.
These are normal, whole vegetable, fruits, proteins, condiments, and fats that you can get at any shop or market that sells real food.

1. Green List
: Eat As Much as Possible
This list contains all the food that you should eat the most of on the diet. On this list are many healthy fruit and vegetables.

This list is meant to assist you exercise self-control. It includes foods that promote good health however dont essentially facilitate in your weight loss journey. It includes nuts and dairy farm products, and caffeine products like coffee and tea. There are also some fruit and vegetables that comprise this list.

- Granola
- Condensed milk
